To Whom It May Concern
My name is Courtney. I have recently finished my previous Visitor Service Internship which I found to be most interesting. Through this I gained a better understanding of customer service and used the knowledge gained to become a successful Visitor Service Assistant within Bentley Priory Museum, London Canal Museum and Leighton House. Gaining vital skills in communicating with management, I gained an understanding of work through the voluntary sector. Working with Rainbow Trust Children's Charity has enabled me to further enhance my knowledge and ability to support families and understand the day to day problems that they face. This has helped me to be better prepared for any challenges that may frequently occur.
