I'm currently working in a nursing home, I have lots of experience within the care sector. I have worked on nursing wards and EMI wards with residents that have behavioural problems and advanced dementia. I have previous experience in 'home care' where I travelled to the service users homes and provided care within the community. I would describe myself as a caring and compassionate person, I understand the importance of person centred care.
