I am a 46 year old mature lady with 16 years experience, working in the social sector. I have worked with the elderly in residential and nursing homes, home care and live in care. I have experience of working with mental health clients in hospitals and in the community, families and children and also homeless young people aged between 16-25 years old. I have really enjoyed making a difference in most of the clients I have worked with. I find pride and joy working with the vulnerable people and supporting them to meet their individual needs. I am a flexible an easy going person able to adapt to change and challenging situations. My own personal life has helped me deal with different cliental issues working alongside their families. I am a caring and loving person. With my maturity experience as a mum and grandmother I feel I can use my experience to bring satisfaction to people I work with.
