With over seven years of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve had the privilege of working in various roles, including three in live-in care across the nation, two years in a hospital, and two years as a support worker for people with learning disabilities.
I'm set to graduate this summer with a BSc in Business and Healthcare Management, which adds a solid foundation to my practical experience and helps me deliver efficient, high-quality care.
My approach is all about focusing on the individual. I ensure the care I provide is tailored to each person’s needs and preferences. I’m well-versed in safeguarding procedures and managing challenging behaviors, always aiming to uphold the highest standards of care.
