I moved to Spain in November 2015 & am originally from Gloucester. I am 58 years old & live with my husband & two dogs. I have two grown up children & family who live in Gloucester. I was treated for breast cancer in 2005, undergoing chemotherapy & radio therapy, my daughter is epileptic which is controlled with medication. I worked as a nanny in Greece for a year when I was twenty years old, caring for a four year old boy, I also taught English. I have an extensive & varied work history, having worked full time for most of my working life. I have a very outgoing & caring personality & good sense of humour. I completed my training as a live in carer in December 2016 & have completed a 5 week 'end of life' placement. Although very demanding, the placement was very rewarding, my fellow carer & I received excellent feedback. I am looking for a rotation of three to four weeks live in with from two to four weeks rest bite, depending on the needs of the customer, I like to combine my placements with a visit to my family wherever possible. I enjoy reading, crossword & jigsaw puzzles, gardening, swimming, music, films, driving & socialising. I drive in Spain but do not have use of a car in the UK. I am a smoker.
