I am a care support worker who is very compassionate and trustworthy working with Adult and palliative more than 10 years. I had worked in all fields of care settings, in Domiciliary, Private, Live in and Voluntary. I provides service that meets my client's day to day need, such as giving personal care, wash, bathing, dressing, prompting and administering medication, cooking, shopping and domestic task in the client's house. I works with other Health professionals, such as Doctors, Nurses, Diabetic Nurse, Occupational Therapist, for the well being of my clients.I always respect my client's choice and promote their dignity.
