Currently I am a live in carer at Helping Hands.I have been doing the job since 2014.I was awarded as the best month carer in Augusta 2016 for very good skills and professional attitude,working with current customers(a brother and a sister),who suffer from advanced dementia and have challenging behaviour.
I am experienced in handling and moving, medication administration, providing support to customers who need personal care and catheter.
I am in charge of customers' meniu , nutritious and healthy food.
The feedback from my customers and their family members, which I get,is usually very positive.
