Hello!
My name is Andreea and I am a 37-year-old woman from Romania (EU/European Union country).
I have 10 years of experience with Alzheimer's (the most common type of dementia). My paternal grandmother suffered from this disease, so my family and I have been there for her from the early signs until the end of her life.
Therefore, I have experience in performing tasks like bathing, changing adult diapers, dressing, toileting, cooking/preparing meals, feeding, massage, getting into and out of bed and wheelchair, driving/transportation, housekeeping, laundry, run errands, shopping, pet care (I love and respect all animals and I have adopted and rescued dogs since I was a child), vacation assistance, taking pictures, photo editing (photoshop and lightroom), taking notes/dictation, writing texts and emails, etc.
I firmly believe that companionship, expressed love, attention and everyday home care and physical assistance helped my grandmother endure a terrible disease for many years and live a long life. She was 93 years old the day she passed away.
I am a very confident driver. I have a valid EU driver's license and 19 years of driving experience.
My English is at an advanced level.
I am an university-graduated journalist and photojournalist.
I would describe myself mainly as a warm-hearted, loving, caring, compassionate and empathetic human being. Furthermore, I am trustworthy and trustful, reliable and responsible, kind and humble, patient and flexible, respectful, well-educated and well-mannered.
I am confident that I can offer love, support and care to every person (child, young adult, adult or senior) who needs help to improve the quality of his/her life.
Please take a look at my CV, which contains more relevant, detailed personal and professional experience.
Thank You! Best wishes!
