I  have  more  than  20  years’  experience  in  nursing  and  care  work,  including  six  years  as  a   qualified  nurse.  In  that  time,  I  have  looked  after  patients  with  spinal  injury,  stroke,  dementia,   and  neurological  conditions.     A  confident,  motivated  person,  I  am  patient,  reliable  and  hard-­working.  Over  my  career  I   have  developed  excellent  interpersonal  skills  and  a  high  level  of  professionalism,  working  in   a  broad  range  of  situations  including  city  hospitals,  nursing  homes  and  live-­in  care.     In  my  most  recent  role as a carer/personal assistant,  I  provided  a  wide  range  of  support  to  an  individual  with  spinal  injuries   with  complex  care  needs.  Enabling  him  to  live  as  independently  as  possible  gave  me   immense  job  satisfaction.
