I am a hard working, self motivated and reliable person capable of working alone and as part of a team. I am empathetic, trustworthy, patient, and dependable and have good listening skills. I am keen to undertake practical work to utilise my skills and knowledge. I am also ready to learn new skills and prepared to undertake further training. I am looking to continue a career in a supportive capacity. Having had 8 years experience working with a variety of elderly people with different challenging needs in Domiciliary and Live in Care, I believe I have the necessary skills to support those who are vulnerable. My ability, communication and empathetic skills enable me to empower individuals to have increased confidence, independence and dignity to allow positive change.
