I am a mature, positive hardworking Individual, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible at any given task. I possess excellent communication skills, and I have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. I can work under pressure and I have the experience to remain good humoured and calm. . I have worked directly with the public, both independently and as part of a team enabling me to develop an excellent understanding of the customer-client relationship, and also build close working relationships with colleagues and employers. At the end of 2016 I made the decision to move away from recruitment and management of carers and return to the practical side of care. Working with an elderly client on a live In basis is best suited to the type of role I wanted to take on. Since returning to the practical side of care I initially chose to work for various clients filling in for their regular carers until I settled with my last client for 6 years.
