l am a very hard working individual with more than two years experience in community care. l have assisted and cared for vulnerable adult and the elderly. I have also cared for a family member before she passed away, I am involved in her daily activities which involve washing, dressed, breakfast and medication. Caring for a family member gave me the zeal, passion to care for others. l am very patient and respectful approach to service user. am flexible, trustworthy, reliable and commitment. l can work as a team and also ensuring that service user are given care and support that reflects that needs. Ability to remain calm under pressure, awareness of health and safety guideline, keep proper records and documentation.
