Hi, i am a very hard working individual who works well as part of a team or on my own. i have a diploma L2 in health and social care.
I am currently working in a home care company supporting individuals to be as independent as they can be within their own home. i support with daily activities such as personal care, medication, cooking meals, general housework duties, shopping calls, appointment escort etc. I have been in this role for 5 years and very much enjoy it but feel that i would like to move into something different to broaden my knowledge. I have supported individuals with Learning disabilities, Multiple sclerosis, Huntington's disease, Prada willies syndrome, fybromyalgia, Dementia.
