I have never worked directly as a carer but I have had ample experience of working in the are profession. After graduating university I worked as a project worker in a homeless centre and also helped coordinate and run a winter night-shelter. I am currently delivering a Restorative Justice Programme in a Young Offenders institute, working with individuals who are both vulnerable and have complex needs.
