I am a 37 year old British lady living in Gran Canaria. I have previously worked in care as a coordinator and home carer in the Bournemouth area where I studied for my NVQ3 in Social Care and Health, however this was back in 2006 so this is probably no longer valid. I would like to restudy for it again if possible and progress further. I have been teaching English in the last few years but would like very much to get back into care as I think it is so rewarding and I enjoyed the work very much especially working with the elderly. I am looking into the live-in care so that I could continue living in Gran Canaria on my weeks off.
