I have been working in care for 15 years and during this time i have worked in a variety of care settings, including care homes, nursing homes, home care and live in care. In this time I have learned a great deal about care work and have worked with a wide range of conditions. I have always enjoyed care work and find it very rewarding to help others. I have found that I enjoyed live in care work the most as I feel you have so much more time for the service user and you can learn so much more about their needs/wants whist in this care setting and would love to get back into it again.
I have a QCF 2 in health & social care.
