Hi my name is James and looking at getting back into care after a few years out. I have 6 years experience in care most recent at a hospital for males with challenging behaviour due to head injuries. I have had experience of leading shifts and key worker in previous roles. This is a job that I feel passionate about and after having a forced break I feel now is the time to get back into something I love and bring my personality and experience with me .
