hello, I have worked in care for 7yrs, I currently work with a zero hour company and work with many different clients, I would like to have a more consistent rota of work that I experienced with the live in position I held for 3yrs which also enables me to give a higher standard of care as you have more time to get to know a person's needs and likes and dislikes.
