I am a well-educated, friendly, sociable South African male who, after getting fed up with the unrewarding, cold corporate world, decided to try live-in caregiving. It was a role that forever changed my life for the better when I finally found something which gives me a sense of purpose. For much of my early career (almost 10 years), I was a personal trainer and ran my own business using my knowledge of nutrition and exercise prescription to help people achieve their goals. I currently use that same knowledge and background to enhance the life of anyone I am tasked with caring for. I also have experience working as a concierge in a major London law firm as well as being qualified as a yoga teacher. Currently I am working as a live-in carer specialising in spinal injury care and since I completed training in January, I have worked with a number of different young men with spinal injuries across the UK.
