I am currently employed as a support worker enabling people to live independently. I am friendly, compassionate about my role, have empathy, patience and understanding for the people I support. I treat all with the dignity and respect I would expect to receive myself. I work to a high standard. I have good communication/organisation skills and can work well within a team or as a lone worker.
I have worked for Blackpool council for ten years supporting a wide range of people with various level of needs from mild to complex. I hold a level 3 diploma in health and social care.
