Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Daniel Dluzak and I come from Poland.
I graduated in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in physiotherapist and have over 10 years of experience as a healthcare professional and caregiver for clients with special needs and complex care.
My professional career I started in a day rehabilitation center for disabled people and in a hospital, where I helped oncology patients with various types of cancer and fatigue.
As a personal assistant/physiotherapist and caregiver I have worked for clients in Greece, Dubai and several UK locations including: Bristol/London
My daily duties in the client's home included assistance with personal hygiene, rehabilitation, preparing meals, shopping, driving, assisting with hospital visits, organizing travel and holidays, and other necessary activities.
Currently I live in Poland, but I am flexible and I have a valid driving license and pre-settled status, which allows me to work legally in the UK until September 2026 with the hope of finding work in the UK as a carer, preferably with accommodation.
