I am a friendly and compassionate heath care assistant . I have 5 years’ experience in various health care settings including Residential and Nursing Homes, 1-1 challenging dementia care, clinical ward healthcare assistant involving clinical observations, fluid balance, catheter monitoring/management, Colostomy/stoma care, etc. I have also done Domiciliary Care including housekeeping duties, assisting clients with various aspects of daily living as well prompting medication. I have Occupational health certificate as required by NHS to carry out clinical/health care duties. I am confident that my 5 year’s experience as Health Care Assistant has enabled me to acquire necessary and transferable skills to effectively carry out my care duties as Live-in carer
