I started my career in nursing in midwifery and for the pas 20 years have been managing care homes for those with dementia. I am qualified to Level 7 and have qualified in many areas of dementia care. I am a dementia coach and an assessor. My focus is person centred care, the person living with dementia is a unique individual with their own life story, choices and preferences. My aim in the provision of care is to improve quality of life and give love and companionship.
