I believe my gained experience both personal and professional throughout my career as an emergency helpline operator, massage therapist and a martial arts coach can be transferred to any care setting. Through my career I have to practice communication skills, being able to listen, gain trust and understand people. As a martial arts coach I have been able to advise on healthy diet and exercises and motivate people to change their life style. As an emergency helpline operator I had to listen to and respond fast to accidents and emergencies I was reported about. This taught me to be calm in challenging situations and find efficient solutions to occuring problems, give reassurance to those I was listening to.
I have decided to work as a live in carer in order to learn more about British people, improve my language skills and being able to help and care about them. Also working as a live in carer would allow me to travel more, which I love.
