Last year I decided to embark on a career in the care industry, and am currently working as a Support Co-ordinator within a sheltered housing environment. I have realised that this is where my real passion lies as directly helping people in ‘real life’ situations is far more rewarding than anything else for me. I now feel like it’s time for me to move into a new role within the care industry which will further develop my experience within this field. Currently I feel slightly frustrated as I feel like I have a lot more to give than is currently being demanded of me. I am a very ambitious and forward-thinking individual and therefore require a working environment whereby other staff members have a similar outlook. I believe that my ability to communicate effectively with all kinds of people is one of my strongest assets.
