I have around 1 years experience working in nursing homes caring for the elderly and 1 years experience supporting young autistic men with challenging behaviour. I have been on a number of courses on caring and the welfare of others including RNID Deaf Awareness Training, Skills for Care Induction Standards, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training. I genuinely care and enjoy helping people from all walks of life. I have a friendly and respectful manner, I am very interested in people and their wellbeing and I have good communication skills.
