Previously I was an Assistant Head of Operations and Nursery Manager for a high quality Nursery School Group in Chelmsford Essex. The Nursery's were Ofsted inspected 'outstanding' during 3 rounds of inspections. I was the dedicated Safeguarding Officer and Ofsted Suitable Person.
I was a CRB/DBS verifier.
My experience of working with vulnerable young children spans over 2 decades and covers a vast age range.
I am also accredited as a Family Group Conference Coordinator most recently working with families via Essex County Council. This role was to guide families through a process that supported confidential situations, mainly all forms of abuse.
