l am a hard worker, trustworthy and a transparent person who is passionate about making a positive change to vulnerable and disadvantaged people's lives. Make them work towards a happier independent life style and overcome barriers. l have been doing live in care work for 14 years and this has made me gain some excellent/interpersonal skills, to be a good listener, to be able to work as a team, unsupervised/supervised, to be able to monitor, record, assess and take appropriate actions before they escalate and also my qualification shows my flexibility and the harsher side of life. l am a hard worker who does her work into perfection so as to meet my goal. l am also a resourceful lady who always make clients happy. l have undergone in so many care work training such as Risk assessment, Safe guarding vulnerable adults, Confidentiality and policy procedures.
