I have experience in working as support work for people with mental illness and learning disabilities. I am very Caring, patient and hard working. I can work well under pressure with minimum supervision, using my own initiative. I can work as a part of the team or as an individual to ensure the high level of care is maintained. I will be able to promote independence by involving people I care for in decision making. I will liaise with family, friends and multi displinary team both on the phone and face to face.
