Am a self motivated friendly individual that is passionate about effectiveness and taking care of people,l believe I am suited for the job, because of my experience at Havering disability Essex college, I have one on one with the students in helping them in class, to the toilet, getting their lunch at the canteen, helping them at the gym etc. I am a team worker and assist my co workers on their work if am less busy.
I have the self-leadership skills which is the ability to not only be aware of mine own feelings, but be self goal setter ,self motivated with positive self talk, assertive communication and ability to receive and act on feedback. I have the ability of setting personal goals and seeking different ways in handling them and ready to take responsibility of my actions.
Can work on my on initiative open to criticism.
I have the ability to meet up to challenges and the flexibility and diplomacy to work with other employees and management.
