My name is Thembiso Mazabani I have worked as live in care for 13 years I am a non driver , I hold an NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social Care .As a live in carer I have lived with clients who had dementia , parking sons cerebral palsy , MS m learning disability , my duties involved companion, hoisting them in and out of bed , and in and out of toilet , some assisted to the toilet and to bed , give shower bath wash every morning , preparing meals, feeding them if required . administer medication , walking , accompany them to social events hospital appointments
