Hello my name is Navale and I am very excited to apply for this position. I have just finished my degree in Psychology with Philosophy, Religion and Ethics and am looking for full time employment as a support worker so I can live and work in Birmingham.
I am seeking employment as a support worker because having a career based around helping others is absolutely paramount and this is reflected in my academic choices, employment and voluntary pursuits. I am a very compassionate, caring and empathetic person who believes everyone can do something to make a difference to somebody else's life and I feel working as support worker for yourself would be very rewarding.
I have experience running a youth department for A Way Forward Foundation where some of my duties were maintaining and expanding a mentoring service for young people as-well as creating and implementing innovative prevention programmes.
