Im a young 50 year old lady with grown up children & grandchildren .I currently work with service users with autism mental illness & learning disabilities i have worked in thid role for 11 years . Before this i worked with the elderly in a care setting . I thoroughly enjoy what i do & ive successfully achieved a lot of training in this time nvq2 nvq 3 ldaf & a lot mandatory training too . Im a caring passionate hard working person & have good skills to be able to deal with challenging behaviour .Im now looking for different challenges & opportunities .
