Hello there, my name is Ryan Price and I am 22 years young! In comparison to many other candidates who have applied for this position, Im relativley new to the care industry. But thats not always what counts, because although in terms of years of experience I may be a 'spring chicken' I am more than familiar with the qualities so sorely needed to be a successful carer. Caring is no way a learnt 'trade', it is of natural possession and you either have it or you dont. I myself am a patient, polite, well spoken and motivated young man who relishes the reward of witnessing positive impact to other people more vunerable than I. Making a very real difference to somebody elses life is not something to be taken lightly, and I have learnt this whilst working for Mears Care in Torquay as a domicillary care worker. I am a dementia friend, trained in the classroom and out in the community. I am trained with a variety of equipment by seniors and OT's and I am confident in my practice.
