I currently am a second year of biomedical science degree at the university of Salford. I am hard working, a good communicator and well organised. I am a determined, positive and adventurous individual who possesses a natural empathy and highly motivated, responsible, hardworking, conscientious individual with over one year's experience at customer services. Proven ability to be excellent at juggling multiple. I am able to work well in a team and individually. My experience working with pressure means I can meet deadlines every time. Also, I am a good problem-solver, have a creative mind and think laterally. I like dealing with customers and I understand that my job depends on customer satisfaction, therefore, I make the big effort to satisfy them. I really enjoy the interaction with people and enjoy challenges.
