My name is Similo Ndlovu. I live in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire County. I have been working in the care industry as a Support worker with people with learning disabilities since 2005, at Stratford Mencap. We do sleep in shifts an environment more or less like live in though ours is short. But the duties are the same as live in. Because we prepare meals, deal with medication, personal care, accessing the community etc. My English is good, I hold a Social Studies degree from Warwick University 2012. I also am in possession of NVQ3 ( 2014) and many other inhouse training certificates. Such as Abuse, Manual Handling, Health and Safety. etc.
Currently I am still at Mencap, but I would like a change of environment and do live in care. I am a lady of 49 years of age and have a UK licence. I will be available to work with you a month after I get an offer as I have to submit my notice. Otherwise I would be grateful to join a new team. Thanking you.
