I am a person with no commitments and I see my work as an additional value which also carries the benefit of others. When I can offer something of myself it makes me this fact simply a pleasure. I am considered about commitment to equality, diversity, safe, staff health and wellbeing principles and policies. I am also positive reinforcement when I am supporting behaviour difficulties. I am very well myself working with disabled people too. I am responsible person, creative and non-conflicting. As a result of my work experience I have full skills of emotional control in highly stressful situations.
