I'm sure you hear the phrase 'I am a very caring person' all the time but I assure you that I really do genuinely care about vulnerable people and their dignity and well-being. I am currently working as a Night Care Assistant in a local care home and I do enjoy being there. I am giving 100% but it is all spread out and I feel I want to give that 100% to one individual. Previously I worked as a Lunchtime Supervisor (one-to-one) with a little boy who was autistic for two years. I had to leave this job to nurse my son full-time who'd had a major operation on his hip, he was in plaster for 8 weeks followed by many months of physio. So I fully understand the requirements when working on a one-to-one basis.
