If things were not up to the standards they should be, I would take it upon myself to ensure that my work area met the requirements for things to work in order.
I am currently undertaking a degree programme Hospitality & Business Management and I have enjoyed the combination of academic study that is applied to a practice situation. I will relish the opportunity given to me to further develop my learning in a care environment I would relish the opportunity to work in a setting that serves people from a range of cultural backgrounds. Would like the challenge of understanding varies elements of diversity and the way that these impact on care needs. Appreciate that this extends beyond cultural diversity
