The experience of providing care and support to two young adults diagnosed with Autism and Learning Disability to live independently in their care home has enabled me to provide effective care and to pursue a live in care job.

I'm compassionate and committed to my personal development. Through, my work experience I have developed the ability to work calmly under pressure and when dealing with people with challenging behavior. I'm able to use my initiative and able to work without supervision.
