I have twelve years experience (dementia and mentally-ill patients) working in a nursing home-providing personal care i.e. bathing, feeding, dressing patients and completing the care plan-to mention but a few of them.
I am a friendly, trustworthy person who can work well independently and with a team, capable of multi-tasking and can work well under pressure and flexible to accommodate working hours.
I was chosen as a team representative to oversee the closure of my last employment which involved collecting information to/from staff and relating this to a few management staff.
I am a computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
If employed this would help towards my study for the NVQ Levels 2&3 in Social Care .
