I have been working within the healthcare profession since leaving school, gaining a wide range of experience in hospital, hospital pharmacy and care home environments. I have held a Senior Care position and worked part time as an Assistant Manager of a care home.
In order to progress my career I have recently moved to London and I am keen to develop my skills as a care giver within a hospital environment. My varied experience in the health care sector has enabled me to develop an understanding of the importance of promoting dignity and equality whilst maintaining the highest possible level of care at all times. I am punctual, I work well within a team and I work comfortably in a flexible hours regime. In particular, my experience in management has enabled me to demonstrate initiative, and an ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
