Working in the care sector has always been an immense passion and way of life for myself, as I thrive from building strong and positive relationships. This can be with clients, families and other agencies involved. It is my duty to fulfil the needs of the individuals within my care, whether it be physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. I find it equally as important for client's families and friend's to be confident and positive overall with regards to my level of care, in order to build up effective relationships.
