I am a 52- year old lady and have been working in the care industry for 20 years +.
In my previous job, I was looking after an elderly lady of 91, who had dementia and other health problems. I was looking after her for two years in her own home and was doing everything from administering medication, washing and dressing morning and evening, food preparation and feeding, laundry washing, cleaning, and communicating with the family, other staff and professionals, use of a hoist and wheelchair. She has now passed away which is why I am now looking for another position. In my spare time, I like to watch TV, read books, drawing, walking my dogs.
