I have been working in the care industry for 3 months now and have enjoyed every moment of it.
Waking up knowing that my job is to help people and to make a difference, however small, is a great motivator and helps to keep me enjoying each day.
Since being introduced into care, I have realised that becoming a live in carer is the next logical step for me as it not only fulfils my career aspirations, but also fits my lifestyle.
My experience has been mainly in palliative and end of life care, including dementia, cancer and stroke patients.
