I am a motivated individual that is able to adapt to new working environments. I am keen to develop my existing skills and learn new skills and I am able to work autonomously or as part of a team. I have good communication skills and I’m confident in dealing with clients with challenging behavior, such as, suffering from borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia disorder and epilepsy. I have been able to apply the system of Quality Assessment Framework to measure my performance when dealing with clients that fall into these categories, as an indicator for excellent work. I have developed strong negotiation skills, and I’m able to liaise with a range of agencies. I have experience of working within the supported housing especially in the area of providing first aid, Risk Assessment, and Health and Safety to residents. I’m open to any training in support work, as I wish to establish a permanent career within the industry.
