I have been in care field for 10 years working with various client groups ,elderly,children,mental health and learning difficulties.I have NVQ 2 in care qualifications and on update with the mandotory trainings.Iam passionate about my job which i love and enjoy,do it proffeshionally and dedication respecting and valueing my clients treating them individually,giving them choices and rights .I am a good team player and work on own initiative and follows the policies ,guidelines provided by employer.
