I have worked in care for 14 years from being the age of 18, i have gained lots of experience in this time, i have worked my way from carer to senior and also have had a years experience of deputy manager, i have completed my levels II and III NVQ in health and social care and many other training such as end of life care, safehandling of medicines, health and safety, dementia awareness, food hygiene, infection control, safe guarding, person centered care, mental capacity.
