I cared for my Father when he had lung cancer until he passed away, I also cared for his wife (my step mother) who suffered with Dementia and had arthritis and could be difficult, I helped her with toileting, washing and getting dressed, I also prepared some of their meals and did some general housekeeping. I ensured her medication was taken at the correct times.
