I am versatile and I do have a lot of empathy and passion for 'care' because I understand what it means for a person to need and to receive dignified and empathetic care.

I do get the motivation for being a carer from my own personal experiences and ‘caring’ for others who otherwise would have not chosen their plight.

I have the energy, the capability, and the drive and so if you ask me if this job is suitable for me, my answer will be absolutely.
